Policies

Reservations:

Often we can accommodate appointments on a same day basis, but if you desire specific dates or times, please reserve at least one week in advance. If you are a group of three or more, guests should place reservations weeks in advance. We do not make or cancel appointments via email. If you have special requests please let the front desk know when booking.We want to meet your needs and when you tell us of your individual concerns it helps us to take the best care of you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Arrival:

Check-in is fifteen minutes before your first scheduled appointment.Tardy guests may have to sacrifice a portion of their treatment time when there is another client to follow immediately after.

Cancellations:

24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Cancellations must be made via phone or online.

Professional Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Therapists may terminate service when experiencing a client’s inappropriate language or action.

Product return policy – within 30 days for store credit.

Gratuities are appreciated, but not expected.
