My husband and I were holidaying in Woodstock recently and enjoyed massages at the Strong House spa. The spa was clean and the staff were friendly. Our masseurs worked their magic, loosening up the tight muscles we had developed after a week of hiking. We were very relaxed after our aromatherapy signature massages. I have been to the Spa more than once -- luckily I don't live too far away -- for therapeutic massage, to address mobility issues caused by old injury as well as recent exertion. Every time I have been there, no effort has been spared to assure my comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere is homey, friendly, and casual, not slick, like a friend's house where you take your shoes off by the door. Each of the massage therapists is thoughtful, highly trained, and very professional, attentive to whatever pressure works for your body and wherein particular your aches seem to be. Often, they have found tight places in my body I didn't even know were tight. If you like, each will share information with you about how best to take care of any muscular tightness you may have when you're home. The products they sell are all carefully curated to be both as effective and as eco-friendly as possible, and there is a nice variety of high-quality aids to both inner and outer beauty and comfort. If something isn't working well for you they will bend over backward to help or advise you and make sure you get whatever explanation or treatment you need, so you can relax and let go of stress. Any place that combines this much knowledge with this much attention to your personal health and well-being is well worth a visit. I can't recommend this place or these people enough. -Lydia S.

When you enter into the Strong House Spa buildings, you are immediately aware of two things; Serenity and Professionalism. The Strong House is the real deal. It feels authentic because it is. The entire staff is competent. Every service delivered with consummate care. I go there not only to feel good but to stay well. Regular bodywork improves every aspect of your life.
